1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from BunkYard ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or purchase from our website.
2. Description of Service & Eligibility
BunkYard is a student-run e-commerce store dedicated exclusively to students, staff, faculty, and campus residents of the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur (IIT Jodhpur). We design, customize, print, and deliver local campus merchandise (including hoodies, T-shirts, mugs, and stickers).
By placing an order, you confirm that you are currently a resident, student, or staff member of IIT Jodhpur, or have valid access to the campus for order collection.
3. Customization & Specifications
Many of our products allow custom text inputs (e.g., custom name print on the back). You are solely responsible for ensuring that all custom text entered is spelled correctly and does not violate any college guidelines or contain offensive language. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing inappropriate or vulgar inputs.
4. Payments & Transactions
All payments must be completed online via UPI, net banking, or debit/credit card during checkout. Transactions are processed securely through our payment integration partner (Cashfree Payments). Orders will only enter production once we receive payment confirmation from the gateway.
5. User Responsibilities & Hostel Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, including your correct Hostel Block, Wing, and Room Number. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, it will be kept at our campus collection point, and you will be notified to collect it manually.
6. Limitation of Liability
BunkYard is a student-run campus platform operating in good faith. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, delivery delays due to exam schedules/holidays, or transactional failures on the payment gateway's end.
