Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Scope & Campus Exclusivity

BunkYard operates strictly as a local campus e-commerce store at IIT Jodhpur. We do not support external national or international shipping. We only deliver products to destinations inside the IIT Jodhpur campus boundary (including all student hostels, residential blocks, and faculty housing).

2. Shipping Fees

We are proud to offer 100% free delivery with zero shipping charges for all orders delivered within the IIT Jodhpur campus. There are no minimum order thresholds or hidden service fees.

3. Estimated Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines

Because our merchandise is printed/customized to order, delivery timelines consist of both production time and local delivery:

• T-Shirts & Apparel: Delivers within 3 to 5 business days.
• Mugs & Accessories: Delivers within 2 to 4 business days.
• Vinyl Stickers: Delivers within 1 to 2 business days.

Deliveries are executed daily between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We do not deliver on national holidays or during official institute examinations.

4. Delivery Process

During checkout, you can select one of the following methods:

• Hostel Room Delivery: Enter your hostel block (e.g. Hall 1, A-Wing) and room number. Our campus delivery team will deliver the package directly to your hostel room.
• Campus Collection Point: Collect your order in person at designated campus pickup locations (such as LH-2 lobby or Mess common area) during scheduled collection windows.

5. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If our delivery team is unable to locate your room or access your hostel wing, we will contact you via your registered phone number. If contact cannot be established, the package will be brought back to our central collection node and held for pickup.

In the rare event that a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately. We will review delivery logs, and if a package is confirmed lost by our delivery agents, we will print and deliver a fresh replacement or issue a full refund.
