Refund & Replacement Policy

1. No Refunds & No Returns Policy

Because BunkYard products are custom-designed and printed-to-order, we do not offer returns, order cancellations, or monetary refunds.

Once a product has entered the production phase, we are unable to provide returns or refunds since these items are customized to your specific choices (e.g., size, color, name printing) and cannot be restocked or sold to other users.

2. Free Replacements for Defects or Errors

While we do not offer refunds, we want to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. We provide a free replacement (exchange) under the following specific circumstances within 7 days of delivery/pickup:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Defective garments (e.g., torn fabrics, broken stitching) or defective print bindings on mugs and stickers.
  • Fulfillment Errors: Receiving a different size or color than what is documented on your checkout order log, or a completely different item.
  • Incorrect Printing: Misspellings or formatting errors in the custom text that do not match the input you entered during checkout.

Replacements are not eligible for issues regarding "change of mind" or size fit issues if the correct size was printed and delivered as selected during checkout.

3. Condition for Replacements

To receive a replacement, the original item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original state of delivery.
  • Free from external stains, laundry fragrances, or signs of usage.

4. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request:

  1. Email our support team at hi.bunkyard@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Include your order number (e.g., BY-1001) and clear photographs showing the print error or garment defect.
  3. If your request is approved, we will arrange a local pickup from your hostel room (for campus residents) or provide instructions for returning the item to our production hub (for courier deliveries).
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will put a fresh replacement into production and ship/deliver it to you at no extra charge.
