Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery/pickup to request a return or exchange for eligible orders.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Since BunkYard prints customized products, returns or exchanges are strictly limited to the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Torn fabrics, broken stitching, or defective print bindings on mugs/stickers.
  • Wrong Items Delivered: Wrong size or wrong color compared to your checkout order log, or completely different item delivered.
  • Incorrect Customization: Misspellings or errors in custom text printing that do not match the input you entered during checkout.

Change of Mind: We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds for "change of mind" or size issues if the correct size was printed and delivered as ordered, since customized items cannot be restocked.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original state of delivery.
  • Free from external stains, fragrances, or signs of wear.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email our support team at hi.bunkyard@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number (e.g. BY-1001) and clear photos showing the print error or garment defect.
  3. If your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your hostel room or ask you to bring the item to our campus center.
  4. Once inspected and verified, we will either print and deliver a free replacement or initiate a refund directly to your original payment account (UPI/card) within 5 to 7 business days.
